Jessica is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a heart for helping young people navigate life’s challenges with clarity, confidence, and compassion. She founded HappyMinds Teletherapy to create a space where children, teens, and young adults across Texas could access high-quality mental health care—no matter where they live.
With a clinical approach rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Supportive care, Jessica meets each client with empathy and practical tools for growth. Her sessions often integrate mindfulness techniques to help clients build self-awareness, emotional regulation, and resilience.
Jessica’s background includes extensive work with school-aged children and families, and she brings deep knowledge of school-based mental health supports. She’s passionate about helping parents and students advocate for the services they need—whether it’s navigating 504 plans, IEPs, or simply finding the right words to ask for help.
As a clinician and leader, Jessica believes therapy should feel safe, supportive, and empowering. Her vision for HappyMinds is to build a team of compassionate professionals who meet clients where they are—online, authentically, and with purpose.
